Handmade from the fique plant, this traditional Colombian fiber is low-maintenance, long-lasting, and suitable for all seasons. Its dense, compact weave, crafted from ten strands, collects less dust than other materials and absorbs liquids more slowly than cotton or wool, making it easy to clean.
Each rug is handwoven using the traditional crochet technique with two needles, a process that enhances both strength and texture.
Finished with a braided edge to prevent fraying, each piece is crafted to endure, embodying a mindful approach to living.
Care Advice
Each fique rug is a unique handcrafted piece, woven with enduring quality. To care for its essence, vacuum regularly on a low power setting without a beater brush. In case of spills, act by blotting with a clean, absorbent white cloth, never rub. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight to protect its colors and fibers.With these simple care steps, your rug will maintain its texture and character for many years, supporting a more mindful way of living.

We offer free standard delivery on orders over $800 within the continental USA. Standard delivery time is 2–3 weeks.
Each order is received, carefully crafted by hand in Colombia, and shipped directly from our workshop to your front door via FedEx or UPS.
